Journey Pipe® Returns & Exchanges

Please Contact Us at 415-522-1420 or email CustomerCare@TheJourneyPipe.com for your Product Return Form that will need to be included with your return. Your returned item should be in its original case. We also request that you ensure the pipe and case are clean and free of personal articles and debris before mailing it in. We are not able to process returns for any used pipes.

Once we've received the pipe and processed the return, our billing department will issue a refund to reimburse you for the pipe. Any shipping charges are excluded.
